Where Are Babys Easter Eggs A Lift the Flap Book

Little ones will love lifting the large, sturdy flaps in this sweet, irresistible board book to find Baby’s Easter eggs. Where could they be? Children will discover sparkly foil objects under each of the 6, sturdy flaps until… they find Baby’s shimmery Easter eggs in an elaborate fold out finale complete with sparkly foil.

5 Stars Fun for everyone
We love all Karen Katz books! My daughter has me read them over and over, and even though she is almost 4, she still enjoys them. She also “reads” them to me, and she thinks it is hilarious when I pretend not to know what is behind all the flaps. We have a book for every occasion!

5 Stars A must-have for children who like flap books!
Very nicely done - colorful pictures on each page. A wonderful book for the Easter or spring season.

4 Stars Very Cute for Easter
I bought this book for my 2 year-old twins, and they really like it. They also have Where Is Baby? which they love. What I like about it is that it’s not about religion—it’s purely about eggs, hats, chicks, baskets and bunnies, which is all a 2 year old needs to hear about now.

4 Stars Flap books are very engaging for toddlers
Karen Katz is whiz when it comes to entertaining babies and toddlers. The writing is short and simple enough for a child to follow, my 16 month old daughther loves to lift the flap (which is sturdy and has lasted through several toddler attacks) and discover whatever we are looking for and while I read the short text she doesn’t have to wait too long and can easliy understand it. The shiny and colorful pictures keep her interest and she learns new vocabulary as we look for easter eggs and point at what we find. I have several of Katz’s books and they are an excellent way at teaching body parts and new words. I recommend these lift the flap books for any toddler.

Snuggle Puppy Boynton on Board

Snuggle Puppy Boynton on Board

A great big hug in book form, Snuggle Puppy is a year-round valentine from parent to child. It is bright, chunky, a pleasure to hold, and has a die-cut cover that reveals a glimpse of the joy inside before it’s even opened. Best of all, it’s packed, of course, with pure Boynton: her inimitable language, her inimitable illustrations, her inimitable sense of fun.

OOO, Snuggle Puppy of mine! Everything about you is especially fine. I love what you are. I love what you do. Fuzzy little Snuggle Puppy, I love you. Featuring a sweet and cuddly doggie cast and rhyming verse, Snuggle Puppy is the perfect bedtime book to read last, because of an ending that kids will want again and again: I started with OOO. . . . Now we’ll end like this: [BIG SMOOCH!]

5 Stars Can’t get enough of Boynton!
This is our favorite. I sing the song to my 18 month old every night before bed. Boynton never stops giving us something to enjoy!

5 Stars Children’s book
Sandra Boynton has many clever and entertaining children’s books available. This is certainly one of them. However, I add the following caveat: you would probably not enjoy reading it to your child if you are a traditional male or a person that would prefer not to express affection openly. I certainly hope that there are some other males out there that are comfortable with more openly loving on their child. I just wanted to make sure that you know what you’re purchasing. The book is composed as a love song to your child from the perspective of a mother dog to its puppy (mother to child). If you don’t enjoy expressing overt affectionate feelings toward your child, you probably won’t enjoy reading this book to your child. If you do, however, it’s a good opportunity to lay a couple of good kisses on the ‘little puppy’ that you love.

5 Stars Ruth
This is a great book. My grandson loves it. It’s one you done mind reading over and over.

5 Stars An amazing book!
This is the most fantastic little book ever. My daughter is only 4 months old and loves it. She lights up whenever I sing it to her. I’ve only had it for about a week but I can tell that it is going to be a family favorite. It has a great beat to it. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing this book is. But to sum it up… I make A LOT of purchases on Amazon (a very frequent shopper for over 5 years) and this is the first review I’ve felt compelled to write!

5 Stars Daughter Loves It!
Bought this for my daughter who was about a year old at the time..and she loved it! She especially loved the last part where you whisper the song, then yell out “woo~ I love you”!

User Ratings and Reviews

1 Star My kid hates this book
It’s probably a fine book, but every time I pick it up she starts screaming, “No, no!” So I really have no idea what it’s about.

5 Stars Love this book!
I bought it for my 6 month old boy. He loves it because as I read it I actually make the sounds the animals make. Cute book to read to your infant and toddler.

5 Stars Daughter LOVES this book
My 18 month old daughter absolutely loves this book. We do not own it but her daycare does and she is always bringing this book to me to read. One of her favorites!

5 Stars Best board book! (one of them-anyway!)
We absolutely loved this book since we got it. It is getting close to retirement as the pages have lovingly been worn to the brink of falling apart. Great visuals - fun and simple cartoons. The words are fashioned to rhyme and have definite appeal to kids - newborn and up. There is nothing I would change about this classic.

5 Stars My Daughter’s Favorite!
I bought this for my one year old daughter. It is so difficult at this age for her to pay attention to a book, let alone request one- but that has changed! She loves this book! She walks around saying, “la, la, la!” She makes all the animal noises, too. At bedtime, it makes her so happy- even when she is having a tantrum about bedtime, all we have to say is, “Moo Baa La?” and she will “moo” or “la” even through her tears. It is too cute. I have bought more of this author’s books, and she likes several of them. I highly recommend!!

5 Stars Great Book
My 3-year-old loves this book - it’s a classic. He loves Polar Bear too - we’ll probably get the other two books for our next boy who is only 7 months old right now.

5 Stars Engages the smallest of infants
the sing song rhyme and the large vibrant pictures are very appealing to my infant daughter. i like this much better than Eric Carle’s other book, The Very Busy Spider, although my daughter loves that one, too.

5 Stars Very cute!
Very cute book that helps with colors and animals. You can even add sounds to get a little more in-depth.

4 Stars Kids love it!!!
I felt compelled to write a review after reading many of the reviews by adults who don’t get it. All I have to say is, it’s not whether you get it, it’s whether the kids do. And every kid that I know including those in my 3 year olds class love it and that is all that matters. It says something to them & why should we adults argue about a book that kids love. And oh! What about the fact that they show an interest in a book! Review an adult book that is for adults.

5 Stars Great Book!
My 3 month old loves to look at this book. The pictures are very vibrant so they keep his attention. I highly recommend them.
